A practical guide for turning procedures, help content, FAQs, specs, and decisions into context AI can use inside Panezy.

1. Decide what to collect

Start with the procedures, customer FAQs, internal rules, and product specs your team repeatedly searches for.

Panezy can also hold meeting notes, decision memos, and support questions so AI has more reliable context for answers and drafts.

2. Structure the sidebar and article

Use the left navigation for the categories your team naturally searches by: onboarding, workspace, AI connections, access, and FAQs.

Keep each article practical: purpose, steps, cautions, and related pages.

3. Make it AI-ready

Panezy is designed to separate what AI can read from what should stay restricted, while keeping the source context inspectable.

Important pages should show owner, last update, and review state so teams can safely hand context to AI.

4. Keep review and updates visible

Procedures and FAQs are never finished. Repeated questions, stale assumptions, and rejected review items should become update candidates.

Keeping updates and history in Panezy turns documentation into an operating record for the team.

Before publishing

  • Put searchable terms in page titles and section headings
  • Separate pages AI should not read with permissions or labels
  • When a process changes, update the body and history together

Document structure

Organize department procedures and FAQs with pages and folders.

AI-ready context

Control what context major AI clients can retrieve.

Review and access

Keep review, permissions, and history in the same workspace.
