Who counts as a billable seat?
Billable seats are admin and editor members. Viewer members are non-billable.
How are tax amounts displayed?
Prices are shown as tax-exclusive with tax-inclusive values alongside, based on a 10% consumption tax assumption.
What happens on plan changes?
Upgrades apply immediately with an immediate difference charge. Downgrades apply from the next renewal date without refund or credit.
How is cancellation handled?
Workspace admins can manage cancellation from the in-app billing screen and Stripe Customer Portal.
