Free / Plus pricing and Pro coming-soon status are listed on the pricing page. Tax-exclusive pricing is shown as primary with tax-inclusive values alongside.
Billable seats are admin/editor members in workspace contracts.
6. Additional costs
Internet connectivity fees, telecommunication charges, and device costs required to use the service are borne by users.
7. Payment methods
Payment is made by credit card or other methods enabled by Panezy in Stripe Checkout.
8. Payment timing
Paid plans are prepaid. Charges occur at initial activation and then renew automatically on the selected monthly or yearly cycle.
Plus is the paid plan available at launch. Pro is in preparation, so purchasing Pro and changing plans to Pro are not available yet.
Card settlement timing follows your card issuer’s terms.
9. Delivery timing
Paid plans become available immediately after payment completion. Free plan access starts after signup.
10. Validity period of offers
Pricing, plans, and campaigns may change without notice. Conditions shown at application time apply.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is available from the in-app billing screen. Service remains available until the end of the active billing period. For example, if a monthly subscription starts on April 12 and is canceled on April 28, the active plan remains available until May 12.
Refunds are generally not provided for started billing periods, including downgrade differences, except where required by law, individual agreement, or clear billing errors such as duplicate charges.

12. Recommended environment
Latest major browsers are recommended (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Firefox). Some functionality may be limited outside recommended environments.
13. Cooling-off period
As an online service transaction, legal cooling-off provisions generally do not apply. Cancellation conditions follow this page and related policies.
14. Sales quantity limits
There is no fixed quantity limit, but Panezy may limit or reject applications for system protection, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
15. Special sales conditions
Service conditions, usage restrictions, and prohibited actions follow the Terms of Service.
