Cancellation & Refund Policy
Policy for cancellation, plan changes, and refunds.
1. How to cancel
Workspace admins can open Stripe Customer Portal from the in-app billing settings and submit cancellation there.
2. Effective timing of cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The active plan remains available until the next invoice date. For example, if a monthly subscription starts on April 12 and is canceled on April 28, the active plan remains available until May 12 (`cancel_at_period_end=true`).
3. Plan and seat changes
Plus is the paid plan available at launch. Pro is in preparation, so purchasing Pro and changing plans to Pro are not available yet.
Seat count (admin/editor) is automatically synchronized to actual member counts. Proration details follow Stripe billing behavior.
4. Refund policy
As a rule, no refunds are provided for started billing periods. Downgrade differences are also non-refundable and non-creditable.
Exceptions may apply where an issue is attributable to Panezy, where legally required, where separately agreed, or where there is a clear billing error.
5. Exceptional handling
If clear billing defects occur (for example duplicate charging), Panezy will review facts and respond on a case-by-case basis through the contact channel.
